Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request the deletion of personal data collected through the BailaEvents platform, operated by Tula Web Design LLC.

You can manage your data and account settings from your User Settings.

1. Automated Self-Service Deletion

You can now request deletion of your personal data directly from your User Settings.

This includes your profile, ticket purchases, and other personal information. Deletion requests are processed immediately, and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except for any information we are required to retain for legal or financial purposes.

Please note: This action is irreversible.

2. Manual Email Request (Optional)

If you prefer, you can still submit a deletion request via email: support@bailaevents.com with the subject line “Delete My Account”.

Include the email address linked to your account. Requests will be verified and completed within 30 days.
